Tender for Abandoned Vehicle

Australia Pacific Airports Launceston Pty Ltd, in accordance with the provisions of the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997 - Regulation 113, is disposing of the following abandoned vehicles.

Sale of vehicles will be by public tender. Persons wishing to submit a tender must obtain a “tender form” and an information sheet from the airport. These will be available on site on the day of inspection, or during business hours from the Launceston Airport management office located on the first floor of the terminal building. Tenders not submitted on the official “Tender Form” will be ineligible.

Vehicles can be inspected at Launceston Airport Building 108 compound. Inspection date and time is Wednesday 21st February 2018, strictly and only between the hours of 3.30 pm and 5.30 pm. Building 108 is located on Evandale Rd approximately 700 metres south of the main terminal building (immediately south of the RFDS hangar). Limited parking is available at building 108 site.

Tenders close on Wednesday the 28th of February 2018 at 4.00pm. Tenders can be lodged in the tender box located at the front counter of the airports management office or posted to, PO Box 1220, Launceston Tasmania, 7250.

Tenders must be clearly marked “Tender for abandoned vehicle”. Tenders that are mailed must reach Launceston Airport post box by the closing date and time stated above. Launceston Airport will not be responsible for any tenders that do not reach the airport management office by the closing date and time. Late tenders will not be eligible.
