Woodburn Riverside Precinct

⁠⁠⁠Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the upgrade of the Woodburn Riverside Precinct. Tenderers have been provided with the Masterplan which describes the overall outcome that Council desires. However, because of budgetary constraints, the whole of the Masterplan is unaffordable to Council in the short term therefore the delivery of the works has been staged.

The stages relevant to this Tender, depicted on Drawing No AD1717-DOC-00, are Stages 1A and 1B, Community Building, Western Lawn and Western Picnic Terrace, Stage 2, Rock Groyne, Beach and Sandstone Terrace and Lower Level of Village Green and Separable Portion Stage 4 Playground and Eastern Picnic Terrace.

Note; if Separable Portion Stage 4 is awarded as part of this Tender process the Stage 4 site will not be handed over to the Contractor until Stage 1A is completed or arrangements are made by the Contractor and approved by the Superintendent, to maintain public toilet services to at least the equivalent standard of the existing service.
