Tender Description
The City of Rockingham is undertaking a high quality major redevelopment of the Rockingham Foreshore Precinct and requires the services of a Superintendent for the construction of the following three key public spaces which include:
(a) An upgrade to Railway Terrace (between Kent Street and Rockingham Beach Road), to provide a pedestrian orientated space through reconfigured car parking, the introduction of significant tree planting and the widening of footpaths. This will also include the reconfiguring of a traffic signal controlled intersection,
(b) A major redevelopment of the current beach carpark at the end of Railway Terrace to create a pedestrianised 'Beach Plaza'; and
(c) An expansion of the pedestrian/alfresco
'Boardwalk' in front of the cafes and restaurants on the beach between Val Street and Railway Terrace which includes coastal protection.
Tenders close at 2pm, Wednesday, 7 March 2018 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham.
Request for tender documents, containing full details of the work and details regarding the lodgement of tenders, will be available for collection from 10am on Monday, 19 February 2018.

The submission of tenders via Facsimile, Electronic Mail or Cloud Services will not be accepted.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of the Mayor or Councillors will lead to automatic disqualification.
