Tender Description
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) is in the process of replacing its current Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) core business system.
Due to the implementation of the new CAD, DFES also needs to replace its existing Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) solution, with one that is compatible with the new CAD. A key component of the replacement MDT solution is the ruggedised portable device (MDT Device) that is installed in Career Fire and Rescue appliances.
This Request covers the procurement of the MDT Device.
