The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is seeking [quotes/expressions of interest] from the Digital Marketplace Panel for an agile coach to be involved in a cross agency program of work providing coaching of Agile practices, guiding teams using the Agile methodology and delivering in accordance with the Digital Service Standard.

You will be working with Senior Executive Program Leads, as well as new and existing teams made up of product managers, enterprise architects, delivery managers, user researchers, service designers, and subject matter experts.

The Agile Coach will work with multidisciplinary teams to educate and coach staff, at all levels, in Agile methodology. They will support Product Managers, Delivery Managers and multidisciplinary team members by providing tools for implementing Agile practices and processes. The Agile Coach will be responsible guiding teams and providing employees with ongoing feedback and ways to improve their design and delivery processes.

The Agile Coach will use techniques that increase collaboration, and transparency, promoting innovation by embodying the Agile principles and leading by example, which includes providing advice on how to govern delivery in line with the Digital Service Standard.
