Request for Applications: Pre-Qualified Supplier Panel – Provision of Plumbing Services

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking WA licensed, experienced and reliable plumbing contractors to form a Panel of Pre-Qualified Suppliers to provide industrial, commercial and domestic plumbing services at the Shire’s buildings and properties; parks and reserves. It is anticipated that the Panel will contain between three (3) and five (5) appointed suppliers and the Panel will be in effect for a period of three (3) years.

An optional briefing session will be held at 12.00pm on Thursday 22 February 2018 at the Shire’s Council Chambers, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra. The session will detail the operation of pre-qualified supplier Panels. Supplier questions will not be answered at this session.

Clarification of application details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Friday 23 February 2018.

The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 2 March 2018.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the tender process.
