Panel Contract for Provision of Plant Hire Services - Broome-Cape Leveque Road, Kimberley

It is proposed to upgrade 103.6km long section of the Broome Cape Leveque Road north of Broome Highway in the Kimberley Region. To assist in the delivery of this project, a plant panel contract will be established for the hire of various plant and equipment items. The services generally consist of the provision of plant with operator(s) on a wet hire arrangement as well as the provision of mobile camp facilities.

The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (Building Code) applies to the building work associated with this project. By submitting a tender for this project, you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016. As Main Roads will be directly managing the works, preparing and implementing Quality, SHW and Environmental Management Plans, Main Roads will assume responsibility for Workplace Health and Safety in the delivery of the Project. Main Roads' Safety Management System is Third Party certified (AS 4801, ISO 9001/14001). Accordingly, Main Roads will require the Tenderer to comply with its approved Safety, Health & Wellbeing Management System.
