Standing Contract for Provision of Labour Hire Services

⁠⁠⁠In order to assist Glenorchy City Council in carrying out its core business and managing the City of Glenorchy, Glenorchy City Council intends to establish a panel of authorised labour hire service providers to provide the Services.

Glenorchy City Council requires the Provision of Labour Hire and Personnel Services across a range of areas including Corporate Governance, Community Economic Development & Business, City Services & Infrastructure and the Derwent Entertainment Centre. The roles required are further detailed in Annexure A.

Glenorchy City Council invites Tenderers to submit a Tender on the terms set out in this Request for Tender and in accordance with the Specifications. The preferred Tenderers will then be required to execute the Standing Contract for the supply of the Services in the form attached to this Request for Tender at Annexure D (Standing Contract). A Tenderer that executes the Standing Contract may be required to supply the Services to Glenorchy City Council from time to time for a period of up to two (2) years for services as Council needs them for different purposes (which may vary during the term of the contract) and in accordance with the process set out in the Standing Contract.

Tenderers should note that as Glenorchy City Council is intending to establish a panel of authorised labour hire service providers, there will be no warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding the volume or value of Services that may be required to be provided by any successful Tenderers who execute the Standing Contract.
