Construction of new sports club exercise and gymnasium building, including kitchenette, shower, toilet and storage space (based on the concept drawing attached, A3 copy available).
The existing building will be removed prior to construction.
The existing verandahs will remain and be connected to new building and incorporated under the new roof area.
Development approval for new work.
