Tender Description
The department is seeking tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for appointment to a preferred supplier panel for the provision of a range of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) related services, as follows;
Stream 1 - provision of core EAP services including:
* General counselling
* Leadership support
* Online support
* Proactive onsite support for Schools for Specific Purposes (SSP)
* Graduate support service for new teaching staff
* Provision of wellbeing information sessions
* Psychological first aid training
Stream 2 - provision of specialised EAP services including:
* Post incident support
* Proactive support service for schools in rural and remote communities
Full detail of the requirements will be provided in the RFT documents.
The RFT is expected to be released through DoE Ariba around late Febraury / early March 2018.
