RFT 07-2018 Amenities Building Upgrades Roseville Chase

Ku-ring-gai Council is proposing to upgrade existing public amenities located at Roseville Chase Oval Roseville Chase. The planned upgrades will provide modern, energy efficient and user friendly amenities for the general public using the park and adjoining bushland.

Accordingly Council is seeking Quotations from reputable Contractors to undertake planned upgrades. The upgrades will include the remediation of existing concrete roof, tiling, partitions, lighting, painting, installation of Vandal Proof Stainless Steel PC Items and heavy duty steel entry doors.
