Supply / Install New Residence at Cape Keraudren

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is a Local Government Authority located in Western Australia with its Administration Offices located in the town of Newman in the East Pilbara Region of Western Australia. The Principal is committed to providing efficient and effective services that represents "value for money" to its residents / community.

The Principal has a remote park ranger outpost situated at the Cape Keraudren Coastal Reserve which is located 179kms north of Port Hedland on the Great Northern Highway, and 13kms west via the Cape Keraudren Access Road. The nature based reserve comprises an area of approximately 4,800 hectares and was vested in the Shire of East Pilbara in 1985.

There is no electricity provided on the reserve and the closest supply of drinking water can be purchased from Pardoo Roadhouse, which is 13kms east at the intersection of Cape Keraudren Access Road and the Great Northern Highway.

The Principal requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced registered Company or Contractor to undertake the design, construction and installation of a suitable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom residence and associated services at Cape Keraudren as specified at clause 2.4 and in the attached documents and drawings.
