Council is seeking an experienced architectural firm to provide well resolved construction level documentation for the redevelopment of the Caloundra Tennis Centre.

The site has been earmarked for a regional facility that will provide a modern and functional club house situated within a competition grade facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an organisation to develop a showcase building for their portfolio.

The successful Respondent is required to coordinate all aspects of the club house and centre redevelopment design requirements. This includes but is not limited to sub-consultant engagement and management to facilitate design for civil works, car park expansion, court upgrades, and lighting upgrades. The design also includes precinct signage and entry statements. All aspects of the design are intended to integrate and pivot around the regionally significant clubhouse facility.
