Expression of Interest - Tamworth Regional Council Cafe Operations

⁠⁠⁠Tamworth Regional Council wishes to explore options for the operations of the new Airport Cafe operations at Tamworth Regional Airport.
Council is in the progress of extending the Passenger Terminal Building at Tamworth Regional Airport, which will include the modernisation of cafe facilities currently available to the travelling public and staff who work at the airport.

It is intended to short list the applicants and invite selective tenders in the second round for the operations of the new Airport Cafe facilities.

Interested parties with the financial capacity to operate and provide an upmarket facility at Tamworth Regional Airport are encouraged to lodge an Expression of Interest with Council.

Expressions of Interest will be received up until 11.00hrs Eastern Standard Daylight Time (ESDT) on the 1st March 2018.

Expressions of Interest should be enclosed in a plain white envelope endorsed with invitation number: E090/2018 "Tamworth Regional Airport Airport Cafe Operations".

Tenderers will need to submit two copies of the paper document plus two (2) electronic versions of their tender submission.

Expressions of Interest submissions that are emailed must be sent to Council's "main" e-mail.

All requests for additional information are to be made through the same email address. Designated Record Staff will print and place in an envelope and lodge in the Tender Box.

Those tenderers who submit their tender submission via Tender Link will need to submit hard copies and electronic versions within three working days of the nominated closing date.
