Social and Affordable Housing Fund 2 - Registration Process to Receive Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) Documentation

⁠⁠⁠The Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) is a dedicated fund established as a key NSW Government initiative to help address the Social and Affordable Housing shortage in NSW. It seeks to deliver additional Social and Affordable Housing Dwellings through innovative partnerships between CHPs, NGOs and the private sector.

In October 2017, NSW Government formally announced the commencement of the industry engagement for the second phase of the SAHF (SAHF Phase 2).

SAHF Phase 2 provides a unique and long term opportunity for a highly professional entity, or groups of entities, to provide Services for the Social and Affordable Housing sector for up to 25 years.

SAHF Phase 2 may be comprised of multiple Service Packages and presents an opportunity for individual entities or consortia to work collaboratively with FACS to deliver better outcomes for vulnerable people and to form ongoing partnerships with the non-government and private sectors to deliver those outcomes.

Each Service Package will include:
* Accommodation Services, including 1,200 new Social and Affordable Housing Dwellings in Metropolitan Areas and Regional Areas of NSW;
* Asset Management Services;
* Tenancy Management Services;
* Tailored Support Coordination Services; and
* Performance and Data Reporting
* Entities must firstly register to be eligible to receive the Invitation for EOI documentation.

Note: This is an extension to Tender Number FACS.17.277 Registration of Interest for Social & Affordable Housing Fund - Phase 2 - Invitation for Expression of Interest. If you have registered via FACS.17.277, there is no need to complete the Registration Form for Invitation for EOI associated with this Notice. FACS will contact each entity that registered via FACS.17.277 to complete a registration form for access to the SAHF2 Data Room.

Entities with the technical capacity and interest in delivering social and affordable housing and associated services are now encouraged to register to receive the Invitation for EOI documentation. It is anticipated the Invitation for EOI documentation will be made available to register and bona fide entities in early February 2018.
