Council is inviting tenders for the purchase of the last two (2) lots in the Capel Light Industrial Area.
Tender documents can be obtained by contacting Alison Evans on (08) 9727 0222 or aevans@capel.wa.gov.au. Tenders are to be lodged by hand at the Shire Office, 31 Forrest Road, Capel or by post to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Capel, PO Box 369, Capel WA 6271, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title.
Tenders close on Friday 16 February 2018 at 4.00pm.
Council reserves the right to not accept the lowest or any tender. Canvassing of any Elected Members or Shire Staff will disqualify tenderers from the tender process. Late tenders will not be accepted.
