Tender Description
Contractor is to finalise the design (75% complete), prepare and obtain a construction certificate, and then construct the community centre and associated works.
Architect ,Structural, Civil, and Fire Engineers, will be novated to the builder to ensure quality is maintained while working with the builder on possible value engineered solutions as part of the D+ C process. The option will be given to the contractor to nominated their own consultant team.
AS4902 has provision in the contract to nominate & novate consultants.
