Lease of Available Area Corio Road, Ravenswood

⁠⁠⁠Submissions are invited from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to enter into a lease of the Available Area approximately 22,700m2 at the rear of Corio Road Waste Transfer Station, 834 Corio Road, Ravenswood WA.

Copies of the Request for Submission document may be obtained by contacting Mrs. Claire Ward on (08) 9531 7765 or by email to mailbag@murray.wa.gov.au.

Submissions shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, clearly endorsed with 'Submission - Lease of Available Area Corio Road, Ravenswood'.

Submissions may be hand delivered to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Murray Administration Office at 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday, emailed to mailbag@murray.wa.gov.au or mailed to PO Box 21, Pinjarra, WA 6208, on or before 5:00pm Thursday 1 March, 2018.

Late submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify respondents from the request process.

Council reserves the right to reject one or all of the submissions.
