The City of Melville (City) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply cleaning services at LeisureFit Melville (LFM), LeisureFit Booragoon (LFB) and AH Bracks Library (AHB).

Note that the LeisureFit Melville and AH Bracks Library Sites will be the subject of a refurbishment during 2018. Regular cleaning will be modified into three scopes A, B & C corresponding to different stages of the refurbishment works. Scope C will apply from the completion of the refurbishment works until the expiry of the Contract. Non-regular cleaning will be conducted on a quote basis during the refurbishment works.

The successful Contractor must be able to commit to starting the works shortly after Contract award.

The Contract period is for an initial term of two (2) years with two (2) additional twelve (12) month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City will appoint one Contractor for the provision of the Services under the Contract.
