Mossman Wastewater Treatment Plant Secondary Clarifier and Associated Works

⁠⁠⁠Invitation to Tender Overview
Douglas Shire Council has identified the need and proposes to Design, Construct and Commission a new Secondary Clarifier and associated works at the Mossman Wastewater Treatment Plant, Mossman, Queensland.

The Scope of Works
All the work to be carried out by the Contractor under this Contract shall be in relation to the new Secondary Clarifier and associated works as follows:
* As per tender drawings, specifications and other supporting documentation.

A summarised version of the invitation process is as follows:
* This document represents the release of the Tender to the market;
* It is Mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session (11:30am, Wednesday, 07 February 2018, Mossman)
* Tenders will only be accepted until the tender box closes at 2:00 pm on the 22 February 2018.
* You must only submit your Offer via the LG tender box e-Tendering website: www.lgtenderbox.com.au
* Evaluation of Tenders will be conducted against predetermined evaluation criteria and within Council’s governance and probity framework; Council may accept none, one or more of the Tenders submitted.
* Late submissions or submissions not lodged as prescribed in this tender document will not be accepted.

* Direct contact with any Elected Member of Council or Local Government Employee regarding any part of this Tender, other than as listed in this tender document, is prohibited.
* Any prohibited contact with an Elected Member of Council or Local Government Employee may result in the Respondent or Prospective Respondent and their Tender being disqualified from the Tender process.
