Tender Description
The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Demolition and remediation of the LFAI affected properties and disposal of all waste to the nominated landfills in accordance with the relevant regulations and codes of practice.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
A mandatory site meeting will be held at Holbrook at 11:00 am on Tuesday 6th February 2018. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
