Tender Description
Building firm are invited to submit Written ‘Expression of interest’ for Consideration in a selected tender. The works shall include:
* Block 1 - Extension to administration & staff center
Gfa: 79sqm
* Block 2 - Extension to classroom cluster
Gfa: 405sqm
* Block 4- New senior specialist studios
Gfa: 481sqm + covered areas.
* Associated works
Including internal paths; connection to existing trunk services & minor landscaping.
Tender documents are expected to be available to the shortlisted tenderers by Early march 2018 (closing on 28 March 2018), with work to commence 30 April 2018 for completion end of November 2018.
Applicants should forward their submission to the Architects and include reverent and current data regarding recent projects; current and full data; financial status and current frim structure; professional and client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works data to allow due diligence investigation.
