Chevron Australia (Chevron) is seeking to engage a service provider with the capability to support the organisation to meet an Australian Taxation Office (ATO) initiative, Single Touch Payroll (STP). STP is an inititative led by the ATO for real time reporting of salary and wages.

Scope of Work to include (but not be limited to):
* Provision of a messaging service to transfer Chevron’s payroll information to the ATO.
* Must be compliant with ATO STP standards - refer attached link to ATO document.
* Must include the provision of receipt/error messages to the provider from the ATO that have to be passed on to Chevron.
* Must meet Chevron Information Systems security and Information Risk Management standards for the transfer of sensitive personal data.
* Capable of supporting a range of input file types (CSV or XML).
* Provision of disaster recovery processes to support the ATO requirement for real time delivery of data from Chevron.

Minimum requirements (but not limited to):
* Ability to support testing from June 2018.
* Ability to support a large number of employees’ monthly payroll submission.
* Ideally a cloud/ web based solution with a secure portal to load the file.
* Appropriate help desk and technical support for the initial set up, testing and then on-going live transmissions.

Company systems include (but not be limited to):
* Requirement for a testing environment to prove the transfer approach.
