Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for the construction of a Learning Centre to be constructed at Ormeau Woods State High School.
Tender Submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating of Level 3 and in the SEQ PQC region.
Tender documentation is available from Thursday 25 January 2018. Tenderers are firstly required to confirm their PQC rating to the Project Manager by emailing a copy of their certificate to ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au. The Project Manager will then confirm whether the documents may be made available.
Tenderers will need to address non-price criteria details in the tender documents.
A mandatory site inspection is to be held on site at Tuesday 6 February 2018 at 9:00am.
