S/05080 - The Council Owned Buildings Condition Audit is intended to identify and document the current condition of the Council’s building assets and develop a 15-year works and renewal program based upon a prioritised approach. The data collated through the Audit will also be used to revise the Council’s ‘Whole-of-Life’ buildings asset expenditure and annual Budget allocations.
