Maiala Day Use Area Upgrade

Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS), a division within the Department of Environment and Science, requires a contractor to implement infrastructure upgrades to Maiala day use area including project managing the supply and construction of disabled wheel-chair access paths, access steps, concrete picnic nodes, rock retaining walls, electric BBQ’s, waterlines and tap stands, vegetation management, shelter slabs, picnic tables, painting shelters and repairs to shelters, site preparation and earthworks associated with the project. The successful contractor shall take on the role as principle contractor and be responsible for managing all site safety requirements.

Site Visit
This tender has a mandatory site visit on Wednesday the 7th of February at 9am (Queensland Time).

Offer shall meet with QPWS representatives at Maiala Day use area, Mt Glorious Road, Mt Glorious at 9:00am.Please allow for 1-2 hours for the site inspection.

Supplier MUST register for the site visit via email no later than COB Monday the 5th of February via Procurement@npsr.qld.gov.au, attention Lori Wang, Registration details required are: company name; name and contact number of attendee/s.
