Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of a replacement science and gym classroom block and all associated works with the new building at Biloela State High School, located on Gladstone Road, Biloela Qld 4715.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
Please contact David Honeywill - Project Manager via email at: david@honeywill.com.au with your PQC Certificate and details and your QBCC licence number. Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum requirements.
Please Note: Site Inspection will be held on Wednesday, 31st of January 2018. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to eligible tenderers.
Important: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
