The proposed development will comprise construction of an eight level residential building over a two level in ground basement car park consisting of
* Seventy-five (75) one and two bedroom apartments constructed in a single eight (8) storey residential apartment block; (of which 66 are sold)
* Ninety-nine (99) carparking spaces
* Retail to ground floor
* Pool and roof terrace
* Verge works to the Wellington Road and Waterloo Street frontages.

Construction anticipated to commence on 2nd July 2018.

Condev Construction tendered this project in May 2017. it remains fundamentally the same.
