Tender Description
Tenders are hereby invited for construction of a new laundry / kitchen building at the Eromanga Natural History Museum Village.
The project consists of construction of a timber framed building with timber roof trusses, clad with steel roof and wall sheeting on a concrete slab. Gross floor area is approximately 120m2.
Scope of work includes all associated sub-trade works including electrical and plumbing installation (including effluent disposal system) and all fit out including to a commercial kitchen standard.
The tender will be awarded based on an analysis of weighted selection criteria. Notwithstanding such analysis, Council reserves the right to select the submission that in view of all the circumstances appears to be the most advantageous.
The contract will be awarded in March 2018 with a commencement date on site expected to be early June at the latest. Contract period will be 13 weeks from the date of acceptance. Strict timeframes on completion will be required due to external funding constraints.
