* Remove evaporative air conditioner from roof and repair ceiling in dining / kitchen area.
* Supply and install vinyl plank flooring in kitchen and laundry.
* Supply and install skylight or solar tubes in bedroom to the right of lounge.
* Remove built in wardrobe and supply materials and build new wardrobe in master bedroom.
* Next bedroom supply and install new skirting boards.
* Supply and install new pedestal in WC.
* Office near bathroom: supply and install new skirting boards.
* Bathroom: remove tiles and fittings bring back to one level. Supply and fit with new bath separate shower and vanity. Supply tiles and retile with subway tiles.
