Arcadis Australia Pacific Pty Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for modification and rectification works to an existing 900mm diameter trunk sewer main along George Alexander Way, Coomera. The works involve:
* Reconstruction of an existing 1800mm dia manhole, including 30m sewer diversion works.
* Modification of 3 x existing manholes including raising of one manhole by -2.5m.
* Coordination with Gold Coast Water and Waste, and on-site subdivision Civil Contractor.
All work must be carried out in accordance with all relevant Building, Construction and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations, as well as; CoGC - City Plan Version 3, SC6.9 - Land development guidelines & Standard Specifications and Drawings, and SEQ Water Supply and Sewerage Design & Construction Code and Standard Drawings.
