Tender Description
Request for Proposals for debt collection services for RMS tolling. This is an OPEX contract. The contract involves recovery of debts arising from toll road users failing to pay toll charges.
Roads and Maritime Services Tolling is responsible for managing the collection of tolls on Roads and Maritime managed motorways including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour Tunnel.
Roads and Maritime Tolling debts have been organised in to four categories:
* Account customers
* Rental car
* EMU pass
* Toll notices.
The objective of the contract is to achieve strong debt recovery outcomes, lower debt recovery costs and minimise complaints regarding the debt collection services.
Tenders are invited to deliver debt collection services for Roads and Maritime Tolling.
