Invitation to Offer for the Supply of Point 2 Point (P2P) Speed Camera Systems

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for QPS89340. The purpose of this document is to define the Queensland Police Service (QPS) requirements and specifications in relation to the supply of Point to Point (P2P) Average Speed Camera System(s) at location(s) as identified in this document.

The project scope of works shall include the project management, design, manufacture, supply, installation, training, commissioning and warranty of a complete P2P camera enforcement solution together with any and all necessary negotiation with local road authorities or third parties.

The following matters are out of scope:
* Data transfer infrastructure from the router to QPS networks
* Back office processing other than training in adjudication of captured images/files and the integration of detection information/images
* Purchase and installation of warning/advisory signage.
* Surveying of distance between start and end points.
