Tender Description
Request for Tender 12-18 Bridge and Concrete Channel Maintenance and Bridge Joint Replacement.
Council is seeking responses from organisation(s) that have the appropriate certifications, licences, high standard of capacity and capability, and the ability to deliver the best value for money.
As part of this requirement Council seeks excellent service and a strong commitment to provide optimum results and solutions that support the achievement of business requirements consistent with Council's overall strategic direction.
Council will award the program works for 2017 18 to a primary provider for all of the groups as listed below or one primary provider per group
* Group 1 Bridge Maintenance Concrete Works.
* Group 2 Bridge Maintenance Bridge Joint Replacement
* Group 3 Channel Maintenance Works.
Council will establish a pre qualified panel of contractors to undertake the future programmed works as further detailed in the Request For Tender in Section D.
For each year new work programs Council will issues quotes to the Pre qualified panel of contractors on VendorPanel. The awarded Contractors must be prepared to register and respond to request for works through Councils eQuote system VendorPanel.
