Tender Description
T053/2018 - 1.1 The Barossa Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of services for the management of the Williamstown Queen Victoria Jubilee Park. The Park consists of a caravan park, recreation park (pavilion and oval), home to local sporting clubs, swimming pools and surrounds and a residence.
1.2 The Council will enter into a Management Agreement with the successful Tenderer for a term of up to five (5) years with a five (5) year renewal.
1.3 Requirements for services include the following:
1.3.1 The Park consists of a caravan park, recreation park (pavilion and oval), home to local sporting clubs, swimming pools and surrounds and a residence;
1.3.2 Council’s requires a community focused approach to professional management of caravan park, oval and pavilion, 25 metre swimming pool and small toddler pool.
