The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the provision of ICT Consultancy Services for the provision of an “As Is” process mapping service of legacy systems through Department of Transport & Main Roads.
TMR seeks to replace several legacy (at risk) accreditation ‘type’ systems (RUMIIS, BoatSafe and HVRAS) with a single contemporary and integrated system.
Using contemporary Business Process Modelling (BPM), TMR requires the current ‘as is’ processes for the identified systems to be documented. Using the multiple 'as is" BMP processes, compare and document wehre these processes align or vary, to provide a consolidated version of procedures; assess the relative merit of adopting/modifiying/creating procures in consultation with the Customer.
