Central Power House Fire Systems

⁠⁠⁠1718100 - Energy and Technical Regulation Remote Areas Energy Supplies (RAES) Scheme is seeking to replace the existing Fire and Mechanical services for the Central Power House/Station, to ensure WHS compliance, site safety and delivery of uninterruptable power supply to the community.

Specific services required include the following:
1. The provision of a fire services installation that satisfies all statutory legislative and code requirements and conforms with the general detailed plans and specification (refer to attachment A1 and A2);
2. The preparation of final pipework layout details, coordination and liaison with other trades and the building structure, planning, scheduling, procurement of components and installation to meet the construction program;
3. Full responsibility for the execution of the complete installation in accordance with the specification and drawings;
4. Installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, service and warranty; and all sundry and material items required to complete the installation and put into working order;
5. Design work necessary to enable completion of the works as documented;
6. The provision of a Mechanical Services installation that satisfies all statutory legislative and code requirements and conforms to the detailed plans and specification (refer to attachment B1 and B2);
7. The planning, scheduling, procurement of components and installation to meet the program, coordination and liaison with other trade packages;
8. Full responsibility for the execution of the complete installation in accordance with the specification and drawings;
9. Provide design work necessary to enable completion of the works as documented.
