Registration of Interest - RMS - Easing Sydney's Congestion Program Office

⁠⁠⁠The Easing Sydney’s Congestion Program Office (ESCPO) of Roads and Maritime Services is responsible for a number of programs, including Pinch Points, Gateway to the South, Clearways and Bus Priority. Projects under each of the programs are at various stages of development and a number of these are nearing the delivery phase.

Due to a large number of the ESCPO’s projects that need to have tenders released between February and October 2018, Roads and Maritime is undertaking a two-phased competitive tender process, i.e. a single Registration of Interest (ROI) phase that includesall of the projects/packages identified to have the contract procured by October 2018, with intention to shortlist two ROI applicants to tender for each package in the subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) phase.

The work to be delivered through the projects/packages included in this ROI Invitation generally include road improvements including intersection upgrades at various locations in the Sydney area. Two of the packages include pedestrian bridge construction.

All contracts resulting from the RFT phase will be the Quality Assurance Contracts.

The ROI applicant must be prequalified under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at Category R3 (or higher) for Roadwork, Category B3 (or higher) for Bridgework and Financial Level F10 (or higher), as relevant to each project/package.

A briefing session for the potential ROI applicants will be held on Monday 15 January 2018, time and location to be confirmed. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

All ROI applicants must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the New South Wales Government's Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).
