Tender Description
The East Metropolitan Health Service has a requirement for the provision of the Management Services of the McIver Street Multi-Storey Carpark (Royal Perth Hospital) on a day to day basis.
Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) is a 450 bed General Hospital employing in excess of 3,400 persons. The main campus is located centrally in Wellington Street Perth.
RPH provides a full range of emergency services for adults and is the state referral centre for many super-specialities. Areas of excellence include, cardiothoracic surgery including transplantation and rehabilitation medicine.
RPH admits some 35,500 patients annually. Patients also attend the Hospital as outpatients (about 80,000 occasions of service per annum) or present to the Emergency Department (44,000 attendances per annum).
RPH is fully accredited with the Australian Council on HealthCare Standards. Accreditation signifies compliance with national standards covering all aspects of hospital activities and patient services.
The North Metropolitan Health Service Metropolitan Access and Parking Department (MAPD) will be responsible for the management of the contract on behalf of the East Metropolitan Area Health Service - Royal Perth Hospital.
The requirements includes a Management, Security, Cleaning and Gardening services.

Location: 3rd Floor of the Royal Perth Hospital Car Park (also called the McIver Car Park), 96 Moore Street, (off Lord Street). Respondents to meet outside the lifts on the 3rd floor, just near the walkway through to the hospital itself.
