Tender Description
Healthy Land and Water (the Principal) is seeking the services of a contractor to perform the works, the details of which are provided in section 4 of this RFT (Works). If your organisation (Tenderer) chooses to lodge a proposal (Offer or Tender) it must be submitted on the terms of this document (Request for Tender or RFT).
To calculate the Report Card each year, two types of models are used, The SEQ Source model is used to simulate how catchment land uses and climate variables such as rainfall affect sediment and nutrient delivery to our waterways. These outputs are used to provide data on pollutant loads for the Receiving Water Quality (RWQ) models which are used to predict annual water quality medians for each estuarine marine reporting zone. The models are validated using field data collected at 182 sites across the region once per month for 8 months per year through the EHMP and other data sources.
HLW is seeking a suitably qualified consultancy to deliver this project annually over the next three years 2018-2020. The purpose of this project and tasks to be delivered are outlined in this scope of work.
