⁠⁠⁠Tamworth Regional Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for Quotation No. Q073/2018, Purchase and Removal of a 2 Bedroom Cottage on Council Owned Property at 523 Dungowan Dam Road, Ogunbil NSW 2340. The property 523 Dungowan Dam Road (Lot 38 DP 755322) is located 55 Kilometres South South East of the Tamworth CBD.

Any Contractor/Applicant wishing to lodge a quotation will be required to attend a mandatory site meeting on site at 523 Dungowan Dam Road commencing at 11 AM on Tuesday 16 January 2018. Any quotation lodged by a Contractor who was not represented at the mandatory site meeting will not be further considered by Council.

Quotations close at 11:00am on Wednesday 7th February 2018.

Council is not bound to accept the highest or any quotation and any applicant who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
