Expression of Interest - Procurement of Mental Health Clinical Expertise in the Form of a Clinical Advisor

⁠⁠⁠ACT PHN is seeking to commission mental health clinical expertise in the form of a Clinical Advisor. The Clinical Advisor will play a key role in providing clinical advice and expertise within the scope of the Mental Health Programs managed by Capital Health Network. The Clinical Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that the ACT PHN Mental Health Programs operate within the National Mental Health Standards for clinical practice.

ACT PHN is inviting Expressions of Interest applications from potential providers to:

* Provide clinical advice on the development and implementation of a clinical governance framework for Capital Health Network Mental Health programs in partnership with the CHN Mental Health and AOD Program Manager.
* Provide advice and clinical supervision to non-clinical staff (both group and individual) operating in Service Navigation type roles.
* Provide ongoing input into the development of Mental Health service models under development to support the priority areas of the PHN.
* Provide oversight of advice on intake and triage.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) process commences Thursday, 21 December 2017.
