Finesse Residential Ltd is a family owned home building company that has been operating in the Auckland construction industry for over 20 years.
Finesse Residential's Volume Build sector has developed a strong forward workload with the completion of over 150 homes projected for 2018 and ongoing growth expected.
To ensure we deliver to our client's high-quality homes that are built within budget and on schedule we are now looking for a second team of the below trades to start this exciting opportunity early next year.
* Drainage;
* Excavation;
* Civil Works;
* Foundation Works (including Concrete/Bloc k Works);
* Landscaping;
* Structural Steel;
* Long Run Roofing;
* GIB Fixing;
* GIB Stopping;
* Painters;
* Interior Doors;
* Carpet;
* Carpentry; and
* Weatherboard Installation.
We are currently setting up fixed rates for most trades for the repeated house types that we will be building for Housing New Zealand which will save us all time in pricing and administration.
