Supply of Electricity to the Port of Bunbury

⁠⁠⁠Southern Ports is seeking tenders from suitably qualified electricity retailers for the supply of electricity to the Port.

The successful Tenderer will be required to:
a) Supply retail electricity to meet the current and future requirements of the Port over the term of the Agreement;
b) Manage all associated wholesale market requirements; and
c) Manage all network access arrangements for the Principal's sites under this Agreement, and provide the Principal with representation and assistance to make changes or modifications to network connections or access arrangements which the Principal may require from time to time.
