Supply and Install 4 x Vehicle Activated (Solar) Curve Warning Signs

⁠⁠⁠To supply and install four vehicles activated (solar) curve warning signs on Tweed Valley Way. The location of the signs are provided in the attachment. All four signs will need to be set to a lower activation speed in the wet weather.

The sign size and battery should be suitable for a 90km/h speed limit and 5000 vehicles per day. The quote should include any geotechnical work, dial before you dig or traffic control that may be required. Please include the warranty and provisions for setting up the activation speeds and servicing the signs. If you can include any provisions for vandalism or theft, please include in the tender. The signs must be installed within eight weeks after the successful tender is accepted.

The Provider will be required to supply all associated equipment and personnel, including traffic control where required, necessary to carry out the Services.
