Tender Description
Works for the reserve are to include:
1 Replace stairs with concrete constructed stairs then capping
2 Render repairs to walls along footpath
3 Edging relaying along footpath (approx. 60lm)
4 Concrete to be poured under seating along footpath (remove pavers)
5 New lighting in handrails at stairs
6 Repair existing lighting in retaining walls along footpath (including cabling)
7 Repairs to footpath if trip hazard exists
