Council is calling on expressions of interest for the lease of Council house/land at 53 Westlime Road, Parkes NSW 2870 at Lots 382 and 554 DP750179.

Options for leasing different parcels are available with EOI packages.

The lease is to be allocated by an expression of interest process. EOI packages will be available on Council's website,www.parkes.nsw.gov.au or by contacting Council's Manager of Facilities, Sharon Ross, on (02) 6861-2340.

EOI close on Tuesday 2 January 2018 at 10.00 and can be lodged at Parkes Shire Council's Tender Box, Cecile Street, Parkes NSW 2870.
