Tender Description
On behalf of the Riverina Anglican College, expressions of interest are invited from local and regional builders for the construction of a new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) facility and associated external works at their Wagga Wagga campus. The facility consists of a single storey, steel framed and brick veneer structure of approximately 850m2.
Suitably qualified builders with experience in construction of education projects will be considered for a selective tender process commencing in February 2018. Applicants are to be include in their submissions:
* An executive summary of the company and a general capability statement highlighting financial capability, years of operation and significant building works
* Recent projects of a similar complexity up to $3M
* Experience with educational buildings
* References from 3 recent projects
* Proposed project personnel and CV’s
