Tender Description
The Tender shall be for the refurbishment of the walkway bridge at the location above, unless otherwise stated in the Tender Documents and include the following:
1 Provide plant, material and labour to construct all associated works as detailed in the construction specifications.
2 Provide site works as specified by the Engineer if required.
3 Preparation and maintenance of a Site Specific Safety Management Plan.
4 Provide traffic control including traffic management plans as required.
5 Dispose of all rubbish and debris.
6 New signage boards on both east and west side of the walkway bridge
7 Painting of all signage boards (Wind spray in colour)
8 New non slip decking boards for walkway (Envirowalk Light Grey)
9 Sand blasting and refinishing of walkway structural steel including north facing stair treads (25 year guarantee)
10 Optional roof and guttering supplied and installed (PROVISONAL)
11 Optional new ceiling lining in walkway (PROVISIONAL)
12 Optional new ceiling lining in existing stair area on Pit Complex side of walkway (PROVISIONAL)
