Tender Description
The Tender shall be for the completion of the whole of the Works including:
1 Demolition of all six dwellings
2 Demolition of all concrete driveways and concrete structures
3 Removal of all non-native trees including any required levelling.
4 Removal of all asbestos within the dwellings as per Asbestos Identification report (attached).
The contractor will also have to provide receipt's for disposal of all materials, hazardous and general waste to a Licenced Waste Management Centre.
